If the valves fail, the water supply will be temporarily shut off using the main water valve. If desired, faulty valves can be replaced with new valves for an additional fee. 3. Dismantling Drain kit and P-Trap. 4. Removal of the existing faucet. 5. Removal of the existing sink. 6. Clean if necessary the installation site of the new sink from glue, silicone sealant and other contaminants. 7. Level, fit and secure replacement sink. 8. Installation of a new Drain kit and P-Trap. Connect to existing rough-in drain line connection. 9. Installation of a bathroom faucet with sealing of the mounting area to prevent leakage under the sink. Check and repair leaks. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. 10. Check the faucet and P-Trap for functionality and absence of water leakage. 11. Cleaning at the end of work at the replace site of bathroom sink.
